Poetry and Prose by Sally Rosenthal

__My Thoughts
I chose to feature this newly published book of prose and poetry by Sally Rosenthal for the theme of “Pilgrimage” today. I love the word, pilgrimage that holds historical context through the centuries in the literary world.
I am presenting this BOOK COMMENTARY, as a blessing.
My focus is directly on the text of the book, Winter Pilgrimage: A Journey Through Later Life
Pilgrimage.
When I hear this word I am instantly curious and interested. Immediately I envision the pilgrimage, a trek of pilgrims in The Canterbury Tales, which I taught in one of our Humanities lectures at Geneva College, for years. You can read more about this most famous Pilgrimage Here.
I think you will love this story and it will provide a great deal of information on what a pilgrimage was like. This is a jolly-good story that will make you smile.
