Ten Things of Thankful – August 14, 2021 — 5 Comments

  1. What a beautiful list of thankfuls. Thank you for sharing with us. You’ve inspired me to write some words – after I check out a few more of yours !!
I haven’t posted on TTOT for a while now. Life just continues to get in the way.

Like others have said I hope you return every week with your TTOT list. And maybe I’ll join in this week. xxx

    • Maz, how nice of you to write such an encouraging comment on my first time out at trying to write the TTOT list. Yes, please do write a list and post it this week. It is a rainy downpour of a day – and has been like this for a week. that is the perfect time to sit down and just do something that takes us away from the situation by focusing on something to be thankful about.

Now, I gotta start thinking of TTOT for THIS WEEK – YIKES, Friday is not too far away, is it!
      Greetings to each of you!

  2. Hi, Lynda! I am so pleased you joined us at the TToT this week and hope you will return and become a weekly part of our hop! Terrific list! I sleep with one cat every night, two cats some nights, and three cats on very cold nights! Haven’t had all three on the bed since probably February, though! I’m so sorry about your husband. That must be very difficult for you, but how nice that he has something to occupy him that he seems to enjoy!

  3. Hi Patricia,
How nice of you to send me such an interesting note! I really enjoy reading the Ten Things of Thankful posts. I finally decided to give it a try. I appreciate your comments. May the new week be a bountiful one for you. Lynda

  4. I am so glad you decided to link up to the Ten Things of Thankful blog hop. I hope that you will return often.
I enjoyed reading your poem “What’s Up There” and the background of the poem. Love the idea of never being afraid of what you can’t see. That can have application throughout one’s life.
Being able to take time to rest every day is so necessary, especially when a loved one has dementia. I am glad your husband is able to focus on coloring pictures in spite of having dementia.
I hope that this coming week is a good one for you.
