I am thankful for the houseplants in my home. I have 3 peace lily plants. One is from my Son-in-Law’s funeral. Two of my plants are from my husband’s funeral.
Other plants have been with me for decades. I purchased them nearly 30 years ago at a rare plant nursery in Georgia. My daughter and her family lived in Newnan, Georgia at that time.

Continue reading →As the weather gets colder, the beautiful Japanese Yellow Grass is changing. The strong yellow-green shade of summertime has turned dull and pale. It feels lifeless when I reach out and touch it now. Life has departed from the once robust and strong foliage of the plant. It droops, and soon it will collapse and disappear for the winter.
