Morning Light – Medication – Wellness
On Day 5 of my 21-day challenge.
I share 3 blessings that touch my heart and enrich my life.
Blessing 1: Morning Light
I am blessed in the early morning as sunlight brightens the reds of the Tamukeyama tree in my garden.
Blessing 2: Medication
I am thankful that there is medications for our pets so that they can have a comfortable life as they grow into their senior years.
Miss Bessie and her sister cat, Miss Opal, will be fourteen early next year. The two muted torti sister cats are happy and healthy.
Blessing 3: Wellness
I am blessed to have the vitamins and other supplements that keep me healthy and active. Since my early 20s I have lived a vegetarian lifestyle. Recently the doctor tole me I am “a very rare patient who has no prescriptions for any health issues. ” Thanks to God for the book _Diet for a Small Planet_ that led me to this path to wellness so long ago.

If we write 3 blessings each day for 12 days we will have 63 blessings that we have shared with each other.
