Garden Songs – aquamarine dawn

Lynda McKinney Lambert - American Author

Each week I publish a little poem that is inspired by my gardens. This morning as I walked my dogs at daybreak, I had to just stand in awe of the glorious, delicate sky. “It’s the color of a fine aquamarine gem,” I thought. As I looked up into that vast heavenly sky, I was aware that my feet were damp from the morning dew. I was surrounded by a symphony of bird songs – it was like the entire landscape was alive and celebrating this new day. Thank you for visiting with me today on my blog. Please come back soon. Lynda is a retired college professor of fine arts and humanities. Retirement opened up new opportunities in writing and she now has five books on Amazon and all other retail outlets.
