Do You Have Time to Stay Focused?

How do you find time to do everything you do?
Don’t you ever sleep?

Two questions I get all the time.

My response is:
We have time to do whatever we choose to do in life.
I ask: Do YOU HAVE TIME to STAY FOCUSED?

I believe in Choices.
From early beginnings of a day, until the final hours at night, we have opportunities to make choices, continuously.

Choose to stay focused on what YOU want to accomplish each day.
Become aware of the things that interrupt you and get you sidetracked.
Pay attention to distractions and begin to eliminate them.

When you lose your focus, STOP what you are doing, and GET BACK ON track.

With so many choices that we all have, it’s necessary to consider what is most important for us each new day.

Ask: WHAT WILL I DO TODAY?

I choose to write books, poetry and non-fiction essays.
I choose to knit and do bead working or other fiber art projects.
I choose to rise early in the mornings and get a fresh start.
I choose what I will do on any particular day.

TODAY: I will KNIT on my Irish Hiking Scarf!

THAT is ON MY INTENTION LIST FOR TODAY!

What’s on your AGENDA for TDAY?
YOU CAN do what YOU DECIDE YOU will do today.

Remember to STAY FOCUSED and BE AWARE of anything that tries to DISTRACT YOU.
