The painting of my father standing on the Fombell Bridge shows him in his final decade of life. I owned the Fombell General Store during the early 80s, and Dad loved to come out there to the country to visit while I was working. I snapped a photo of him one day, standing on the bridge and looking down at the stream below. I painted this picture from one of the photos of that day.
