Books – A Warm Home – Autumnal Rain
On Day 6 of the 21-day challenge.
I share 3 blessings that touch my heart and enrich my life.
Blessing 1: Books
I am blessed to have so many good books in my library. Since I have profound sight loss, I have a Merlin CCTV in my library so I am able to actually see to read a book, very slowly. With the magnification, I can see the colors in pictures, too. I collect books of poetry.
Blessing 2: A Warm Home
My warm and comforting bedroom in lilac and soft green hues.
As I write this article, the house is being heated by the furnace. A clock is ticking on the wall in my office. My cats are snuggled up in their beds, after an early morning treat. I am so thankful for this morning of blessings and a warm and comforting room.
Blessing 3: Autumnal Rain
A gentle, steady and soft rainfall is always welcome in all seasons. As the temperatures drop at night we turn our thoughts to the blessing of an autumnal rain.

Final Word:
Blessings are always here for us to glean, in all seasons.
Look in any direction and you will see them. Take your time and allow the blessing to be revealed. Slow down, and be patient. Seek out the blessings God has for you today.
