This is a newly completed Mixed-Media Fiber Art
From the Winter Series.
My one-of-a-kind artworks celebrate the splendor & bounty of our world. I work with fabrics, stones I gather, found objects, and a variety of Czech and Japanese seed beads, and Swarovski crystals and pearls. I also use vintage pearls and beads and interesting FOUND objects.
I trust my art to bring beauty and inspiration, to viewers. The pieces are small, therefore they have a feeling of being precious treasures. I think of them that way – like priceless gifts to the world.
When I am working in the studio, I usually listen to music, and sometimes I sing along or pray for someone that might cross my mind as I am working.
Almost like I am standing in a DREAM watching the work develop spontaneously!
I recall years of my childhood when my Mother taught me to do embroidery and how learning to stitch on the cloth with colorful threads gave me so much peace. Those qualities have remained with me throughout my life as I continue on the path of being an artist working with various genre.
I believe that each artwork reflects the presence of God in my creative life.
I know for certain, anything is possible. I rely on what the Lord will do as I work on each new piece. I never know how the piece will develop, but it’s always a surprise to me, as well.

Lynda Lambert packs detail in the piece.
Bead work is layered to create texture. . I can feel the movement of the storm.
A brilliant labor of care and precision.

My ART Action Plan:
God has a life-affirming VISION for every person.
A unique plan is a foundational gift, given at birth.
We can learn how to find our gifts.
Discover the DREAM for your creative spirit.
Pray and ask God to reveal what he has planned for your life.
I promise, He answers in a way that might knock your socks off!
When the Holy Spirit gently whispers to us, write it down.
Make it plain.
Maybe it is time to stop running in circles.
God gives us a PLAN that actually WORKS.
Seek God’s direction in all you do. Your Creator will give you all the guidance you will ever need.
Habakkuk 2:2-3 English Standard Version 2016 (ESV)
And the LORD answered me: “Write the vision; make it plain on tablets, so he may run who reads it. For still the vision awaits its appointed time; it hastens to the end—it will not lie. If it seems slow, wait for it; it will surely come; it will not delay.
