Friendly Transactions – Quick Fix – Making Progress
Day 19 of the 21-day challenge.
I share 3 blessings each day from my personal life experiences in western Pennsylvania.
Blessing 1: Friendly Transactions
I am blessed to have a local bank where I have been a client for well over fifty years.
My granddaughter took me to make a deposit today, and it was a warm and friendly visit with a lovely young lady at the teller’s window. Living in a small town is wonderful and nearly always a friendly welcome in just about any business we enter.
By the way, our teller’s name is “Heaven.”
Blessing 2: A Quick Fix
I am thankful for the installer who arrived at 8 a.m. today to fix one small thing that was overlooked when the carpet was installed on Monday. All is well and he was done in less than five minutes. Thankful I had this project done through Home Depot because the service was very good. I have a lifetime guarantee on the carpeting I purchased. I think that is one enormous blessing.
Blessing 3: Making Progress
I am blessed as I looked around and saw the piles of belongings dwindling down and even disappearing in the rooms that now have new carpeting in them.
I can say that some rooms are now completely restored to their normal appearance and that each of the rooms has far less in it now.
I’ve taken many empty containers out to the garage, after organizing, discarding, and restoring to a place in the rooms.
Final Word:
I am catching up with my daily blessings. Now, I need to write two more – so maybe I”ll finish up tomorrow.
I am so thankful for all who participated in the 21-day Blessings Challenge. I have enjoyed getting to know all of you so much more and it was a privilege to read all of the posts. Thank you, from my heart.
Thank you for visiting my blog today.
