I am thankful for…GIFTS<\/strong><\/em><\/h3>\n

ONE_\u00a0 Two birthday celebrations with my family for my 78th birthday. One was a surprise gathering at my oldest daughter’s home.\u00a0 The second\u00a0 was a visit from my sister from Ohio – and my brother – and their spouses TODAY. and It is our annual get together. My sister\u00a0 brings me a bouquet from her flower garden each year. It was wonderful to spend this day with my family.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

TWO_\u00a0 Purple Mums – Daughter, Heidi, gave me THREE potted purple mums for my birthday. I planted them in the garden immediately. I wrote a haiku inspired by purple mums.\u00a0 I’ll post it this weekend.<\/p>\n

THREE_ . Birthday cake – Chocolate and White – with a whipped cream frosting.\u00a0 Oh, My! What a summer delight.<\/p>\n

FOUR_\u00a0 Two gifts of\u00a0 Perfume:<\/p>\n

“Organza,” by GGIVENCHY; –<\/p>\n

and\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Coach Dreams,\u00a0 ‘Sunset,’ by COACH.<\/p>\n

FIVE_\u00a0 Laughter and dancing as my family sang Happy Birthday to me.<\/p>\n

SIX_\u00a0 Chocolates – Hershey’s candy bars<\/p>\n

SEVEN_\u00a0 New Dish Towels for my kitchen – I love to keep my kitchen clean.<\/p>\n

EIGHT_\u00a0 Purple and White Polka Dot Balloons blowing in the breeze on a summer day.<\/p>\n

NINE_\u00a0 Lunch today with siblings and their spouses – and a Boston cream pie with strawberry topping for our dessert – with coffee.<\/p>\n

TEN_\u00a0 Haiku poems from my garden – Geranium –\u00a0water frequently<\/a><\/p>\n
