a list of words with no voice.<\/p>\n
Listen for the cadence of<\/p>\n
a house wren\u2019s trembling wings.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Begin with a noun \u2013 a psalm<\/p>\n
add a confident symmetrical adjective.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Gathering stars are<\/p>\n
flaming candles<\/p>\n
sparkling like red slivers of light<\/p>\n
transplanted in sapphire darkness<\/p>\n
extolled in psalms.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Night music is spiritual<\/p>\n
holy prayers for dancing feet<\/p>\n
metrical expressions of praise<\/p>\n
poetical compositions.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Begin with a verb<\/p>\n
beside a brilliantly written adverb<\/p>\n
flying swiftly through the storm.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Hum and chant, stamp your feet<\/p>\n
psalming the words<\/p>\n
organizing the chaos.<\/p>\n
Take a chance with sacred texts,<\/p>\n
grab some words, and sing<\/p>\n
in non-metrical rhythm.<\/p>\n
Heed the house wren\u2019s beating wings.<\/p>\n
