Walking by Inner Vision<\/strong><\/em>, my new blog will discuss issues of sight loss and blindness as I am experiencing them daily. \u00a0Life as an artist and author, changed for me in October 2007 when I lost my sight due to Ischemic Optic Neuropathy.<\/p>\n

I am a retired \u00a0Professor of Fine Arts and Humanities, \u00a0Geneva College, Beaver Falls, PA.\u00a0\u00a0My life purpose is in teaching and sharing the gifts I posses. In this blog, we will \u00a0meet together and explore topics in Fine Arts, Humanities, Christian Faith, Blindness, and more. Thank you for joining in this journey with me today!<\/p>\n

I began to learn how to walk using the inner vision that we all have. It has been an interesting journey over the past two years. I will write this blog to share my journey, \u00a0Walking by Inner Vision.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

I am passionate about\u00a0everything I loved \u00a0before sight loss. I’m crazy about visual art, poetry, literature, \u00a0philosophy, history, and music.<\/p>\n

.Nothing is more delightful to me as traveling and meeting exciting new people whom I encounter.<\/p>\n

Most of all, I find that I love hearing the stories of others who have had vision loss and learning how they do things and how they now see the world. I will share my vision through this blog.<\/p>\n

I am always open to hearing from others. You may have sight loss, or you may have a friend of family member who has sight loss. After each post, I will give you a short journal assignment to help you get started in writing your own personal \u00a0journal. \u00a0You can join in at any time and choose any of the Walking by Inner Vision Journal Writing Assignments you like.
