\u00a0<\/span>TMI Tuesday<\/span><\/a>\u00a0time again. <\/a><\/p>\nHere are my responses to this week’s <\/span><\/h3>\nchallenging questions on TMI Tuesday.<\/span><\/h3>\n <\/p>\n
\n- Money or Fame? Why?\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
\u00a0I’d take money over fame. It’s much more desirable to invest money that makes money and grows.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\nMoney management helps \u00a0us to be generous and support charitable organizations.\u00a0 Good fiscal planning helps us\u00a0 learn how to budget and save and learn how to manage finances.\u00a0\u00a0 A person who cannot\u00a0 control and manage $10. will be unable to manage larger amounts in the future.\u00a0 \u00a0This is a skill that I believe should be taught in the home.\u00a0 Mom and Dad should be teaching their children from the time they are small.\u00a0 If Mom and Dad are role models and\u00a0 are teaching by example, the children\u00a0 learn the value of money and how to properly manage it.\u00a0 I think it should \u00a0begin at a young age with an allowance that the child learns how to manage through the careful guidance of the parents.\u00a0 Each child should have a savings account in the bank, and learn how to set goals for saving.<\/p>\n
Fame fades and is fickle and changes with the zeitgeist. <\/span><\/p>\n\u00a02. Fish or Chicken?\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\u00a0Neither one is of any interest to me. I’ll enjoy tofu, sizzled in olive oil with my veggies.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n\u00a0<\/span>3. Sleeping at night\u2013too warm or too cold?<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\nI love a warm blanket, with\u00a0 MY PILLOW<\/a> and my feet outside the covers.<\/p>\n\u00a0<\/span>4. Beard or Moustache? Why?<\/span> <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\nBeard. My husband has almost always had a beard \u2013\u00a0 we are from the BEAT GENERATION, after all.<\/p>\n
\u00a0<\/span>5. Cars\u2013classic or modern?<\/span> <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\nAs long as it is a Jaguar, I don’t care about the year of manufacture. If current, I’ll say I’d like a Jaguar. If vintage, I’d go for a Jaguar. They are a work of art \u2013 at any age.<\/p>\n
I really miss driving \u2013 I use to drive with the top open and just drive for the love of driving \u2013 going nowhere in particular. My granddaughters have many fun memories of traveling with me at the wheel. I don\u2019t think a car is something that takes us from one place to the next. No, for me, a car is something you wear \u2013 like a great handbag or a new pair of shoes. Cars should be fun. I no longer drive! Which is crappy.<\/p>\n
\u00a0<\/span>6. Which holds more beauty\u2013smile or eyes?\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\nMy husband’s ice-blue eyes are beautiful to me.<\/p>\n

Soothing the soul\u2013hiking or shopping?\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\u00a0I love an occasional shopping day in a beautiful store.\u00a0\u00a0My last shopping day was mid-March, and within 2 more days were all in shut-down.
