in this story the Great-grandmother teaches her children about grounding – or earthing, as it is also known.<\/h3>\n

I have just one question for you today:<\/p>\n

Have you walked outside, taken off your shoes, and placed your feet on the Earth lately?<\/p>\n

You will experience the joy of being in touch with our Earth Mother and her energy will surge through your entire body.<\/p>\n

If you have never done this, I urge you to just do it now.\u00a0 I cannot fully describe the feelings you will have.<\/p>\n

Give our Mother Earth a chance to comfort,<\/strong><\/em><\/h2>\n

energize and even heal you.<\/strong><\/em><\/h2>\n
