Immeasurable.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;My jewelry box embraces<\/p>\n<p>yesterday&#8217;s vanishing dreams<\/p>\n<p>favourite obsessions &#8211; polished and hidden.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>This quote is from one of my favourite poems in this collection: Sleeping Beauties.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The poems are mainly written in free verse but there are a number that are pantoums, a form of poetry which makes use of repeating lines throughout the poem. It is composed of a series of quatrains; the second and fourth lines of each stanza are repeated as the first and third lines of the next stanza. I am in awe of the poet&#8217;s ability to create poems that form a perfect story using this style of poems. Flip through the book and get a general idea of how it the book is presented inside the covers.<\/p>\n<p>Notice the publisher, date of publication, dedication, table of Contents, and Acknowledgments.\u00a0 Look for a Prologue and an Epilogue.<\/p>\n<p>Each of these areas in the book will give you valuable information and lead you gently into the poems.\u00a0 You begin to read a poem, but don&#8217;t be in a hurry.\u00a0 Read just one or two poems.\u00a0 And, Stop.<\/p>\n<h4>What else?\u00a0 That is up to you, as you are exploring how the book has been created.<\/h4>\n<p>Caution:\u00a0 If you do not like the book, why would you waste your time to write a book review?
