Visit us every Sunday for a new reflection on the goodness we share in our weekly posts.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n<h2><strong>Lynda\u2019s Journal of Blessings \u2013 #757\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n<h2><strong>&gt;&gt; Nature and Spring <\/strong><strong>&lt;&lt;<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><em>Walking by Inner Vision,<\/em> since December 2009.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>My Thoughts<\/strong><\/h2>\n<h3>Nature and Spring: 2 Poems\u00a0 &#8211;<\/h3>\n<p>March 29, 2026<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Welcome to the final weekend in March<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Just two more days until we flip that calendar page once again, to begin the first day of April.\u00a0 \u00a0What are you doing on this final 2-days of March?\u00a0 It&#8217;s been a tricky month with lots of temperature ups and downs, rain storms, high winds,and even warm sunshine.\u00a0 In other words, it is a typical March in Western Pennsylvania. By the end of the month we are all looking for more sunny days, outdoor time, and planning gardens.\u00a0 However, western Pennsylvania loves to play April tricks, and it&#8217;s quite common for some freezing nights and freezing rains\u00a0 during that month, as well.<\/p>\n<p>Let&#8217;s look at some nature poems, since we all have our minds set forward to the beginnings of the planting season, and the celebration of Easter at the beginning of April.<\/p>\n<p>Nature poetry\u00a0 describes\u00a0 the details of the season.<\/p>\n<p>I cannot write\u00a0 a nature poem without considering the Creator of all the nature in this world.\u00a0 \u00a0We can\u00a0 observe the wondrous beauty and complexity of a spring flower\u00a0 rising up from\u00a0 the cold ground\u00a0 each spring.<\/p>\n<p>Consider the\u00a0 Master Artist who designed and created glorious\u00a0 flowers and all the surrounding\u00a0 natural life that is in the\u00a0 process of growing right now.<\/p>\n<p>To forget the divine connection of\u00a0 nature and God\u00a0 \u00a0is similar to discussing a work of art, without mentioning or knowing who the artist is that created the artwork.\u00a0 It&#8217;s just not possible to look at\u00a0 anything in nature, without being reminded of God who created every detail of what we see, touch, and cherish in nature.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Below: Two poems\u00a0 reflect on Nature and Spring<\/p>\n<p>The first poem was\u00a0 created to fit onto a post card, and artwork was created for the other side of the post card.\u00a0 <a href=\"https:\/\/blindontheliteside.com\/\">Carol Farnsworth<\/a>\u00a0 lives in Michigan\u00a0 and was my partner in this year-long project.\u00a0 Each day we mailed a post card to each other via the US Postal System.<\/p>\n<p>The second poem is one that has been published several times.\u00a0 It shows the activities of\u00a0 spring\u00a0 when all animals and birds begin preparations for the new season.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Poem: #27\u00a0\u00a0 _March 31, 2024<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">lilac hyacinth<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">holds resurrection\u00a0 story<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">each tiny floret<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u00a0Nature comes alive in spring:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/theplumtreetavern.blogspot.com\/2018\/04\/fanfare-and-ballyhoo.html\">Fanfare and <\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/theplumtreetavern.blogspot.com\/2018\/04\/fanfare-and-ballyhoo.html\">Ballyhoo<\/a><\/p>\n<p>by\u00a0Lynda Lambert<\/p>\n<p>final snowfall<br \/>\nadvises slow-moving changes<br \/>\nfloating, spiraling, dancing<br \/>\nwhispering progression<br \/>\nhardy wet quiescent branches<br \/>\nundressed false acacia<br \/>\nfast-growing tree<br \/>\nblack locust takes<br \/>\na long nap<br \/>\nin rural woodlands<br \/>\nanticipating sunshine<br \/>\nafter final snowfall<br \/>\nsoft warm rain, new growth<br \/>\nfragrant clusters swagger<br \/>\nspring blossoms flourish<br \/>\nwhite, pink, or purple attire<br \/>\nwelcome the new season of<br \/>\nfanfare and ballyhoo.<\/p>\n<p>_<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Fanfare and Ballyhoo\u00a0<\/em> <\/strong>is Published:<\/p>\n<p>_Plum Tree Tavern, April 1, 2018.<\/p>\n<p>_Lambert, Lynda McKinney.<em> Star Signs: New &amp; 30<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span id=\"en-ESV-23310\" class=\"text Matt-6-27\"><span class=\"woj\"><sup class=\"versenum\">27\u00a0<\/sup>And which of you by being anxious can add a single hour to his span of life?<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span id=\"en-ESV-23311\" class=\"text Matt-6-28\"><span class=\"woj\"><sup class=\"versenum\">28 <\/sup>And why are you anxious about clothing? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow: they neither toil nor spin,<\/span><\/span> <span id=\"en-ESV-23312\" class=\"text Matt-6-29\"><span class=\"woj\"><sup class=\"versenum\">29\u00a0<\/sup>yet I tell you, even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these.<\/span><\/span> <span id=\"en-ESV-23313\" class=\"text Matt-6-30\"><span class=\"woj\"><sup class=\"versenum\">30\u00a0<\/sup>But if God so clothes the grass of the field, which today is alive and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, will he not much more clothe you, <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Daily Action Plan<\/h3>\n<blockquote><p>1.
