\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

__My Thoughts:<\/strong><\/h3>\n

BLESSINGS from God arrive every day.<\/strong><\/p>\n

During my personal studies this week, I kept coming across the word, \u201chope..\u201d<\/p>\n

Hopefulness is not a vague mystery.\u00a0 It is not\u00a0 optimism\u00a0 or a wish or even an inspiration.<\/p>\n

Hopefulness \u00a0is a propitious and favorable aspect of each day\u2019s encounters with our Father God.<\/p>\n

Hopefulness does not happen by accident or chance. It happens with design and intention.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s a gift from our Creator.<\/p>\n

We won’t just stumble upon it somehow during our day’s activities.<\/p>\n

Hopefulness comes by intention. We must go to God in prayer. Ask our Father God to open our heart to receive this gift.<\/p>\n

Hopefulness requires a change of mind.<\/p>\n

Are you willing to allow God to show you his plan? Are you willing to accept divine help from the only One who truly knows you?<\/p>\n

Hopefulness is not found anywhere else but in our relationship with God.<\/p>\n

I like to read the Bible in the morning before the day whisks me away for a demanding list of things \u201cto do.\u201d I know!\u00a0 those tasks are endless and they can consume the entire day.\u00a0 I really need to begin first thing each day or else my day will be consumed by other matters. Beginning the day at 3 a.m. brings hopefulness with our Heavenly Father.<\/p>\n

Another good habit I adopted is taking a \u00a0few short breaks during the day to review what I read earlier in the day. I also like to read from a couple of additional books, for short periods.\u00a0 I choose books that have hope-filled prayers with \u00a0Biblical decrees. Begin to make \u00a0some little breaks during \u00a0the day to pause and meditate on a scripture or prayer. Pay attention to how the Holy Spirit will reveal God\u2019s truth.<\/p>\n

My advice here, is to read the Bible until it begins to talk back to you.\u00a0 It will.\u00a0 This is the place where God meets you personally, and you will soon begin to enjoy a conversation with him as he leads you to new insights and adventures in His Word.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

What does it mean to be hopeful?<\/p>\n

Hopefulness means that we are to take an action, to begin a journey towards something we desire.\u00a0 It is not positive thinking or optimism. \u00a0But hopefulness takes it further, in requiring that we begin to move on and apply what we are discovering to our daily life.\u00a0 Hope is an action.\u00a0 It\u2019s something that is tangible.<\/p>\n

As for me, I will always have hope;<\/em>
\nI will praise you more.<\/em><\/p>\n

Daily Action Plan:<\/h3>\n

1_ASK\u00a0 God for a personal BLESSING\u00a0 this week.<\/p>\n

2_Tell God What \u00a0you hope for today.<\/p>\n

3. Thank God for giving you the gift of hopefulness.<\/p>\n

Below, I give you two additional scriptures that will help you grow. Consider them as your HOMEWORK.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

(1)<\/p>\n

The LORD orders the steps of a good man, And He delights in his way. Though he falls, he shall not be utterly cast down; For the LORD upholds him with His hand. I have been young and now am old; Yet I have not seen the righteous forsaken, Nor his descendants begging bread.\u00a0 (Psalm 37:23-25)<\/p>\n

I am a Watchman in my little spot of Heaven on earth in Western Pennsylvania.<\/p>\n

I live in the Village of Wurtemburg, where I watch and pray for all travel on Route 488 from Ellwood City, to Portersville, Pennsylvania.<\/p>\n

I also watch and pray for all who are traveling between Rt. 488 to Route 288 \u2013 via The River Road.<\/p>\n

May your journey today be<\/p>\n

blessed with HOPEFULNESS and conversations with our Father God.<\/p>\n

Final Note:<\/h3>\n

What inspired me to begin writing blog posts about BLESSINGS?<\/strong><\/p>\n

In\u00a0 November 2025, I participated in a 21-day challenge to write three blessings each day (for 21 days) I began to see blessings in my life every day.\u00a0 Perhaps blessings were always there, but at this time I became aware of them because I was thinking about writing them down.\u00a0 When we can write down important things in our daily life, we can grow significantly in our spiritual walk with God.<\/p>\n

This new awareness of daily blessings has become a template for living.<\/p>\n

Thus, my awareness has led me to share what I am learning and receiving. I have discovered that my days are so much better since I began to look forward to those discoveries.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Professor Lynda McKinney Lambert taught fine art and humanities at a Christian college in Western Pennsylvania, She was a tenured professor, an actively exhibiting artist, and a published author.<\/em><\/p>\n

I created exciting courses across the disciplines \u2013 Art \u2013<\/em>
\nEnglish\u00a0 Literature \u2013 Humanities.<\/em><\/p>\n

My courses were taught on campus during the spring and fall semesters.\u00a0 In the summer, I taught in Salzburg, Austria for a month of travel and studies.<\/em><\/p>\n

My passions in academia are poetry and fine art.\u00a0 I author books and I create\u00a0 fine art in several mediums \u2013 Painting\u00a0 and\u00a0 Fiber Art.<\/em><\/p>\n

How I Found HOPEFULNESS in Unexpected Changes:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

I discovered a new life after sudden sight loss. For the next two years, I learned to see the world and my place in it in an entirely new way.\u00a0 I completed training for Personal Adjustment to Blindness, It took two years of training and lots of challenging work to learn to read and write using adaptive technologies for the blind.\u00a0 Ad the months went by, God was showing me that my creative life would continue,, but in some new ways.<\/em><\/p>\n

I began to write Divinely inspired life lessons<\/em><\/p>\n

New experiences and God-directed Opportunities<\/em><\/p>\n

New DISCOVERIES\u00a0 to\u00a0 share with the world<\/em><\/p>\n

A NEW SEASON on the Narrow Path with Jesus.<\/em><\/p>\n
