Merry Christmas to all.<\/p><\/div>\n<blockquote>\n<h3><em><strong>Lynda&#8217;s Note:<\/strong><\/em><\/h3>\n<p><em><strong>Throughout the months and seasonal changes of 2022, I continued to explore the word, Evergreen.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>By writing a series of weekly blog posts for <em>The Evergreen Journal<\/em>, I could stay focused on my theme for the year, which helped me grow in many areas of my daily life.<\/p>\n<p>As I move closer to the completion of this year, I discover that living an evergreen-type of life brings me to some thoughts about what it all means on a day-to-day basis. Thank you for taking this Evergreen Journey with me in 2022!<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><em><strong>Advent is a Personal, Intimate Journey<\/strong><\/em><\/h3>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">I admit it.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">I <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">am a history junkie!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">I <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">love ancient history and the recorded facts and discoveries we encounter over <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">our lifetime.\u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Texts,<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">carvings in stone, architecture, burial sites, and artworks beckon me to <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">continue on my life pilgrimage.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">E<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">verything in our world today has connections to the past. Everything you see every day as Breaking News on the TV reports\u00a0 is not new at all.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u201cWhat has been will be again, what has been done will be done again; there is\u00a0<b>nothing<\/b>\u00a0<b>new<\/b>\u00a0<b>under<\/b>\u00a0<b>the sun<\/b>.\u201d &#8211; Ecclesiastes 1:9.\u00a0 ~ <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">King Solomon<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">The longer we live and learn, the more work we do in research, and the more we understand this truth about ourselves and our world.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">I&#8217;ve <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">discovered that my life is a sacred, supernatural pilgrimage.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0It&#8217;s taken quite a few decades to be able to see it as clearly as I do now. This supernatural journey is what I have been writing about my entire life.\u00a0 My art and my writings come from a wellspring of supernatural and intimate life experiences and discoveries.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">It <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">was a joy to bring such discoveries to students as I lectured in the Humanities <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">courses \u2013 From the Ancient \u2013 to Medieval \u2013 Through the Renaissance \u2013 the <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Enlightenment of the optimistic humanism of modernists, and the despair and <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">rejections of post-modernism \u2013 and now &#8211; dysfunction,\u00a0 confusion, and despair\u00a0 of the Post-<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Post Modernists.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Sight <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Loss:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">After <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">sight loss in 2007, I retired from teaching in the classrooms and lecture halls. I had two passions in life &#8211; teaching art and art history; making art.\u00a0 Now, what in the world would I do without sight? What an unexpected turn in my life path.\u00a0 I had lots more learning to do.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">In <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">2009, after I learned how to use technologies for the blind, I continued on my life-path of <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">sharing my passions for history, art, music, and life.\u00a0 I realized that I could do this by I starting to writ a <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">blog. Now my audience would be much larger than it was in the classrooms and auditoriums of the college.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<h3><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Thirteen <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">years ago, in December 2009, I created my first blog post.\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">At that time, I wrote:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0<\/span><\/em><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u2013\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0<\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0I am making my <\/span><\/strong><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">declaration personal:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0<\/span><\/em><\/strong><em><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">I am passionate about everything &#8211; Nature, Visual Art,<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Poetry, Non-Fiction Essays, History, <\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Culture and Literature,<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Travels, Memory, <\/span><\/em><em><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">and Dreams.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Walking by Inner Vision Blog<\/span><\/em><strong><em><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> is <\/span><\/em><\/strong><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">a CELEBRATION of LIFE <\/span><\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">I <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">am captivated by Chapter 1 of Matthew&#8217;s Gospel.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">He recounts Jesus&#8217; birth, naming, and circumstances.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Matthew states that Jesus was\u00a0<\/span><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">born in Bethlehem<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0during the time of Herod the Great.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">As a humanities professor, I lectured on art, art history, and ancient architecture.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">To prepare for my Humanities lectures, I learned more about the people who lived in the times when architecture was developed. Understanding our contemporary culture begins with research and studies in the ancient past. We look to those first sources as our primary sources.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">We begin there, and we continue to study the cultural artifacts and history through the ages.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">I am particularly fascinated by how ancient events are celebrated by people living in the 21st century. That is you, and me.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">ADVENT is a Personal, intimate Pilgrimage \u2013<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">During the four Sundays of Advent, churches, and homes of Christians are illuminated with candles. Followers of Jesus light the candles of their Advent wreaths. The candles are placed into the evergreens in a perfect circle to symbolize God&#8217;s eternity.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Advent <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">means &#8220;coming.&#8221;\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">During the season, present-day followers of Jesus prepare a set-apart time when they will reflect on Jesus&#8217; coming to earth. This supernatural birth in the ancient past, reveals God to humanity in a way that created beings could understand their supernatural divine Creator. Throughout Jesus&#8217; life on earth, he always pointed to \u201cthe Father.\u201d It was his mission, to show us the Father.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">During <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Advent, Christians will light candles in a specific order each Sunday for four <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">weeks before Christmas Day. The final candle (The Jesus Candle) is lit on <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Christmas Day.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0Here are how the candles are arranged in<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">order:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">There <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">are three colors of candles:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">3 Purple, 1 Pink, and 1 white.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">3 are Purple or Violet<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Purple<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0(or\u00a0<\/span><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">violet<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">) has traditionally been the primary color of\u00a0<\/span><a class=\"editor-rtfLink\" href=\"https:\/\/www.learnreligions.com\/meaning-of-advent-700455\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Advent<\/span><\/a><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">. This hue symbolizes\u00a0<\/span><a class=\"editor-rtfLink\" href=\"https:\/\/www.learnreligions.com\/what-is-repentance-700694\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">repentance<\/span><\/a><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0and\u00a0<\/span><a class=\"editor-rtfLink\" href=\"https:\/\/www.learnreligions.com\/what-is-fasting-701972\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">fasting<\/span><\/a><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">The <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">the spiritual discipline of denying oneself food or some other pleasure is one-way <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Christians show their devotion to God and prepare their hearts for his arrival.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Purple-violet is also the liturgical color for Lent&#8217;s\u00a0<\/span><a class=\"editor-rtfLink\" href=\"https:\/\/www.learnreligions.com\/what-is-lent-700774\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">season<\/span><\/a><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">, which similarly involves a time of reflection, <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">repentance, self-denial, and spiritual readiness.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Purple <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">is also the color of royalty and Christ&#8217;s\u00a0<\/span><a class=\"editor-rtfLink\" href=\"https:\/\/www.learnreligions.com\/what-is-gods-sovereignty-700697\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">sovereignty<\/span><\/a><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">, known as the &#8220;King of Kings.&#8221; <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">So, <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">purple in this application demonstrates the anticipation of and reception of <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">the coming King celebrated during Advent.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0Personally, <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">I can never read Genesis1 enough \u2013 it is such a thrill to read the Creation <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">story. All of humanity is a creation of God, the Father, and we can see how that took place in the beginning when we read Genesis 1. My book,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.lyndalambert.com\/wordpress\/my-books-page\/\">Star Signs: New and Selected Poems<\/a><\/span><em><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">.<\/span><\/em><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> is a celebration of our heavenly heritage, in poetry.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">*<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Here <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">is how the candle for Advent are lit:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Week<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">#1: Purple_<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">The <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">first candle of the Advent wreath, the prophecy candle, or the candle of hope. <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Every <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">the event in the story of Jesus&#8217; birth was introduced <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">long <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">before it happened \u2013 by Prophets. <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">So, <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">the first candle celebrates prophecies from the Old Testament.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Week <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">#2: Purple Bethlehem candle, or the candle of preparation,<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">I&#8217;ve learned that God always provides a sign for every promise to humanity. The message will point to an actual event that will take place in the future. When a celestial messenger or a prophet appears. After the events are predicted, there is a period of preparation for the events that are expected. In this case, the birth of a baby.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Week #3: Likewise, the THIRD WEEK &#8211; the third Advent Candle is Purple &#8211; <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">The <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Shepherd&#8217;s Candle. \u2013 Candle of JOY<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">I <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">kept thinking about the shepherds described in the Biblical accounts of the <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">birth of Jesus. You can read all of the details by going to Luke 2 in the New <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Testament of the Holy Bible.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">I <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">know very little about tending sheep, but I understand the metaphor of the <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">attributes of people who are very much like sheep.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">I <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">taught ancient Greek and Roman History \u2013 and one of the things the students <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">discovered is how the image of sheep and goats was portrayed in the art and <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">philosophy of the 2\u00a0 pagan world-dominant cultures from the past. It&#8217;s fascinating to <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">study the pictures of the sculptures and the animal images in the cultures&#8217; <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">stories. The Greeks and the Romans have much insight to reveal to teach us in our century. You can look at imagery from both cultures, <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">and you will see the sheep and the goat depicted in their artifacts. For each of those cultures, there was no line between sacred and secular &#8211; they were one.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">The Bible also has a lot to say about sheep and goats. They are icons of a world view \u2013 in each of the cultures. But, do you know they are also significant icons of the Christian World View throughout history?\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">From <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">the beginning of the story about the coming of Jesus, we are entering into the <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Supernatural. And it\u2019s so exciting to know that the events that happened <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">on this particular night were written out in detail centuries before this night.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Week <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">#4 Candle is ROSE.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Ah,<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">the color has changed. What does that mean? <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Something<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">new is happening now \u2013 something entirely different in our story.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">It&#8217;s <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">called the ANGEL candle, or the candle of love. <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">The<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Miraculous \u2013 Divine Intervention in Human Affairs <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">In <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">the Biblical recording of the birth of Jesus, something miraculous was about to <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">happen. The angel announced the news and prepared humans for the discovery of a <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">miraculous event. Angels often appeared to save someone from disaster on many <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">occasions in history.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>(Next year, when I am writing The Evergreen Journal stories, I\u2019ll write about my encounter with an angel who came to rescue me when I was in a very dangerous and life-threatening place at night.)<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Week <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">#4 is the JOY Candle \u2013\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">This <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">is the Incarnation \u2013 the in-dwelling of the divine inside of Mary&#8217;s body. She <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">safely carried her baby, who was both human and divine and delivered him on <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">that miraculous night in Bethlehem. Mary carried God inside of her <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">body! Think of it!\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">JOY <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">of BIRTH \u2013<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Do you remember the birth of your first child?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">My <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">daughter, Salome&#8217;, is now almost sixty years old.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">She <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">had a flaw when she was born \u2013 one ear was folded over \u2013 <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Eventually, <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">she had to have plastic surgery to fix the ear.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">But <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">no matter what our baby looks like at birth, we love that baby with a passion, <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">don&#8217;t we? Remember how you felt when you held your baby for the first time?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">What did you do?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Christmas Day &#8211; <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">The day is Candle #5 \u2013 WHITE \u2013 JESUS CANDLE &#8211; Purity<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">On <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Christmas Day &#8211; December 25<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0Typically, the candles are arranged around a <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">pine wreath and are on the center of a dining room table.
