I\u2019d give everything to take the<\/p>\n<p>Easy Pass!<\/p>\n<p>Forego the electric currents of exuberant poetry &#8211;<\/p>\n<p>Get down and dirty, Girls! Eliminate the end rhymes<\/p>\n<p>Heave away the elegance of each syllable<\/p>\n<p>I just want a poem that expels an egg or<\/p>\n<p>Joins every elongated line with a loud<\/p>\n<p>Klink or a curve for my envious eyes.<\/p>\n<p>Link up the endangered nouns to a<\/p>\n<p>Myriad of enlarged verbal sounds.<\/p>\n<p>No more economics of musical composition-<\/p>\n<p>Or exquisite conjunctions! \u00a0My ears<\/p>\n<p>Pause between the 18<sup>th<\/sup> and 19<sup>th<\/sup>-century of<\/p>\n<p>Quarter note rests and evocative scales<\/p>\n<p>Related to the Ancient Greek theory of music<\/p>\n<p>Stir up the \u201cE\u201d sounds of the lyre and harp<\/p>\n<p>Tug them taught like elastic bands<\/p>\n<p>Until those elusive \u201cE\u201d notes<\/p>\n<p>Venture beyond the elemental lexicon.<\/p>\n<p>Walk towards East Street where letters \u201cE\u201d or<\/p>\n<p>\u201cX\u201d are symbols that elucidate something evasive<\/p>\n<p>Yank these empty letters from the English alphabet!<\/p>\n<p>\u201cZ\u201dwill represent every elemental consonant in the Garden of Eden.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>\u00a9Lynda McKinney Lambert. 2016. You can see this THEME from beginning to end when you do a careful read of the poem.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">As you read the poem, you can see how this all works together. Form, Theme, and Imagination.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Just for FUN, I wanted to write about the letter &#8220;E&#8221; and this poem is where that thought took me. Experiment and have FUN with your writing!<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">It is as simple as that.\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">We can write about anything that comes across our mind.\u00a0 Everything in our world is poem-worthy.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>There is beauty in everything.\u00a0<\/em> Ranier Maria Rilke<span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">What do you think?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Would you like to try writing an ABECEDARIAN POEM?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">I begin by making a vertical line down my page, starting with \u201cA\u201d and ending with \u201cZ.\u201d <\/span><\/p>\n<p>Now, it is your turn.
