Greetings from Lynda_<\/p>\n

On this lovely morning in September I am here in western Pennsylvania.\u00a0 We will be able to keep our house plants and potted flowers outside on the porch for a few more weeks.\u00a0 I am always sad on the day I have to bring them back inside for the colder months. The plants thrive outside. I water them with rainwater so they flourish. It is my morning ritual to visit each of the plants and check them to be sure they are doing well. I love them so much!<\/p>\n

You all know I am a retired college professor of fine arts and humanities.\u00a0 I am going to put on my professor’s hat for a few minutes as I write this post today.<\/p>\n

I have an assignment for you that I think you will really enjoy.\u00a0 No worries!\u00a0 I won’t be giving a POP-QUIZ or test.<\/p>\n

I’ll offer you an opportunity to read some lovely poetry about nature.<\/h3>\n
