GRACEFUL CHOREOGRAPHY<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n

The first announcements of shifting seasons
\nbegin to materialize early on August mornings
\nUnder-stated changes happened slowly
\nwhen the purple Pokeweed hangs in long clusters
\nbeneath hearty leaves along the well-worn pathway.
\nGrasses in the meadow display delicate daisy clusters
\nurgently beckon me to pay attention today
\nTread lightly through the grass.
\nI cast my attention towards the Queen of Summer
\nStanding in the meadow,
\nI remain motionless, wide-eyed, surrounded
\nas the celadon-green stems
\ndisplay the Queen Ann\u2019s Lace in full bloom.<\/p>\n

These graceful ballet dancer\u2019s hover
\non the warm August breeze.
\nOrchestrations in rural fields and along roadsides
\nThey each remember to arrive at this time every year
\nNothing can prevent the shifting waves of change
\nI\u2019ll wait patiently for the blue Chicory to join the dance
\nIn her wisdom, Nature placed them together on a stage
\nfloral dancers on a late-summer stage.
\nGraceful choreography.
\nGive them a standing ovation.<\/p>\n
