This book introduced me to a form of poetry called haiku. This book, a collection of haiku-style poems, is derived from the author\u2019s intimate reflections on life from a Christian perspective. The author uses subtle elements of nature in her poetry to describe her feelings, which are lost, forgotten, or invisible. Faith in God guides her in every aspect of life. She writes poems in her peaceful prayer garden using the firsthand experience of nature. She finds joy every day when she is surrounded by vibrant elements of nature. This book, if read slowly and intentionally, will certainly touch you deeply. I recommend this book to everyone who reads poetry or wants to try one. <\/span><\/div>\n

The couple have five children who are grown and have children of their own. Lynda loves retirement from teaching because she now works full-time at her writing and art.She is greatful for the positions she had during her career as Executive Director of the Hoyt Art Center, in New Castle, PA and in her position as professor of fine art and hujmanities, Geneva College, Beaver Falls, PA.<\/em><\/p>\n
